Dr. Huaman: I think people should come here because we treat them like family. You’re not just a number, not just someone who comes in here, we see you and do something on you and you’re out the door. We treat people with respect and our office is more fun filled and you can see it throughout the office when you’re here. During the day you can hear us laughing, getting along with each other. I think people see that and they like that feeling because it gives them a self up, being more calm when that happens instead of it’s just all about dentistry, which we do very good work at and we’re very good at it. But I think the way we treat people with respect and have a fun-filled time here is one of the main reasons why I think people should come here.
Boy: Well, I like this place. I like this because they treat my mother well. They treat my sister well. They don’t lie. So I like this place so much.
Woman 1: What sets this practice apart is basically the people. The people make it where you want to come back. I’ve been in practices before where the people aren’t very friendly. They just, it’s like they don’t like their job. They make it so obvious from the time you walk in the door, where you walk in the door and then they continues on into the exam room. That’s what makes it so comfortable, I think. That’s what sets it apart, people.
Woman 2: I love coming to this dental practice because they’re personable but yet professional. They’ve been able to get me in quickly when I’ve had a toothache or anything like that. Then when the decision was made to maybe get some teeth removed and get implants and stuff, they’ve just been completely above board all the way. He knows, from my experience, that I’ve wanted the veneers for 20 years. And we’ve talked about this over the years and he’s done all my crowns, he’s done everything. And the quality of care is just, to me, unmatched.
Woman 4: They’re professional. They work with you. You know, everything is explained. You know, sometimes you go places and they say, “Just do this.” They follow up to make sure you’re doing okay. My biggest thing is the professionalism.
Woman 5: The one word I would use is comfortable. And the reason why I say comfortable is because that’s how I feel when I come here. I never feel like I don’t fit, like I’m not a part of whatever is going on in the office. I just feel like when I come in here, everybody, when they speak, they say my name. And it’s not because they’re looking at a chart. They know who I am when I walk in the office. They know who my kids are. They know who my husband is. And it just keeps me coming back. I would, like I said, I’ve been here for, coming here for about 15 years. And I don’t know that most people come to the dentist for that long.
